1. Awareness - Introduce attendees to the concept of good and bad bosses, being aware of the traps we all fall into that can cause us to adopt bad boss traits and the impact these can have on your people and your business.
2. Acceptance - Take awareness to the next level by looking at bad boss traits from a personal perspective so attendees can take ownership and responsibility for them. Activities result in them identifying and accepting which of the 10 types of bad bosses they need to focus and work on going forward.
3. Action - Introduce attendees to the Great Boss Building Block Model, sharing the tools necessary to be a great boss. Activities result in them identifying the building blocks they need to focus and take action on to help them overcome their bad boss traits, stepping into their greatness.​
