While empathy and compassion are critical leadership skills, they’re often misunderstood, or leaders simply aren’t sure how to use them effectively. 
 
This pair-based experiential activity helps managers:
✅ Practise navigating real-world leadership scenarios
✅ Practise choosing the most thoughtful, effective responses
✅ Learn how to lead with empathy and act with compassion
✅ Build confidence in a safe, supportive, and constructive way
 
Each pack contains:
➡️ 15 empathy cards - each representing a real-life situation that leaders might encounter with their teams. Each card includes a summary of the scenario, objectives, and a set of empathetic questions to help guide role play exercises. 
➡️ 25 compassion cards - which participants select to move into compassionate action. 
 
Note: The activity is designed to be done in pairs - so if you'll have multiple pairs participating, you'll want to order extra sets of compassion cards to ensure each pair has their own set to work with.
